Ino XC 2000/43 – 4 Axis CNC Profile Machining Center
The Compact Design CNC profile machining center with 4 controlled axes X-Y-Z-A. The machine is mainly designed for processing aluminium profiles. Apart from aluminium, it can also process any light alloy profiles with the help of dedicated customized cutters.
The bridge carrying the high-speed electro spindle moves on linear guides by the brushless servo motors independently from the drive and processes any shape on the profiles. The electrospindle can rotate from 0 to 180 degrees independent from the drive and machine in any angular position and change the tools from the tool changing magazine with 7 positions.
The CADCAM software is a customized tool for “ino machinery” profile machining centers.
The pneumatic reference point tilts up and down automatically according to the machine’s working cycle.
4 pieces of profile clamping units are positioned manually by the operator according to the places that the CADCAM decides. Thanks to the automatic positioning of the clamps option, the bridge can also position the clamps itself.
The cabin enclosure covers move automatically up and down when the machine is in process and stops processing.
Profile Machining Software
The machine works with customized software for processing profiles. Thanks to the Profile Processing Software, Dxf drawings of the profiles to be processed are imported by the operator and displayed in 3D on the screen.
The length of the profile is entered, each hole or slot or free shape is recorded as a macro, then these macros are introduced as the operations to be performed on the profile. These macros are selected and placed on the profile.
If the same operations are carried out on different profiles, the software will set the same operations parametrically on different lengths, prepare the machining program by making all calculations automatically, and show the machining simulation.
The processing programs are all listed on the HMI, profile orientation, 3D view, size, operations, customer information, etc., all appear in this list. The operator uses the machine by selecting the next operation on the list one by one.
Profile processing software has been designed and developed as user-friendly to maintain the fastest training for the machine’s use.
An office program is used if it is desired to prepare machining files in the office to speed up the work.
In the office version, the technician working in the office can easily prepare the operations as if they were next to the machine and see the operations on the simulation screen.
In the office version, the technician not only prepares the processing programs but also imports data for the cutting machine by preparing an optimized cut list according to the cutting lengths of the profiles to be processed.
It produces barcodes from the cutting machine, and the machining center operator reads this barcode to process the profile. Optionally, it prepares the machining programs on the machines by importing information from Orgadata, Schücal ReynaPRO, and similar manufacturing software. These software work with much higher efficiency when using our Profile Processing Software to execute their output files.
These processing programs can be run and shared on other machines regardless of their brands by obtaining additional licenses for different machines.
With our Profile Processing Software, the company will have unlimited software abilities.
Machine net processing length is 3.200 mm. Thanks to the second stopper at the end of the machine, it is possible to machine 6.000 mm of a profile in 2 cycles. Profile processing dimensions of the machine are from the top, and the back of the profile is 230 mm. X 235 mm. Optionally it is possible to machine up to 350 mm. X 235 mm. with the “Wide clamps” optional from the top, back, and the front 155 mm. X 235 mm. Any industrial or windows and doors or “Unitized Cladding” system profiles can be processed without any obstacle with this processing dimension.
Electro welded steel structure normalized with thermal treatment.
The main body of the machine is processed in the 5 Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
All the body is painted with powder coating.
Mostly all the mechanical pieces are die-casted and machined in our own CNC machining centers.
During the design period, our design team prioritizes the operators’ ease of use and ergonomy of the machines in the first place.
We use steel and aluminium in the mechanical structure, but we also use fiberglass cast pieces to decrease the weight of the machining bridge and give the machine a more esthetic look.
The standard air cooling spindle has a power of 7,5 kW 24.000 rpm ISO 30 tooling and an automatic tool changer magazine of 7 positions. Thanks to the frequency inverter, it is possible to adjust the rpm between 0 to 24.000. Optionally a liquid cooling spindle with 10,0 kW 24.000 rpm HSK F-63 tooling is also possible.
Tool Changer Magazine
Linear type magazine placed at the beginning of the machine with 7 positions. 6 pieces of milling tools and one disc cutter are placed next to each other. The magazine is covered with a pneumatic moving protection cover made of fiber material to protect the tools from sawdust. It is also effortless to reach the tools and change the cutters or collets attached by opening the plexy glass cover located right behind the tool changer magazine. It is possible to get a 13 tool magazine with 12 pieces of milling tools and one disc cutter.
Electrical Box and Controller Terminal
The electrical box is mounted on the side of the machine, and an electrical fan cools it.
Optionally it is possible to connect A/C on the electrics box.
The control terminal is connected to the machine body on the left-hand side with a 0-180 degrees rotating arm and 0-180 degrees rotating screen for the operator’s ease of use.
There are a keyboard, mouse, handwheel on the Controller terminal, and a button set composed of an on/off button, start button, axis moving buttons, feedrate regulator, and emergency button.
X-Axis – servo motor + planetary gearbox – moving on a helical rack and pinion supported by linear guides.
Axis speed 70 m./min.
Y-Axis – servo motor + planetary gearbox – moving on a helical rack and pinion supported by linear guides.
Axis speed 60 m./min.
Z-Axis – servo motor – moving on screw mill with a diameter of 20 mm and 20 pitch geared by coupling 1/1 ratio.
Axis speed 25 m./min.
A-Axis – servo motor – moving on harmonic gear with 1:120 ratio, Nominal Torque of the reducer is 480 Nm.
Doubling the working capacity thanks to the pneumatic reference points placed at both sides of the machine.
4 pieces Manually positioned profile clamps. The width of the clamps is adjustable, and they are also suitable for fixture connection.
The second stopper at the end of the machine for processing longer profiles.
7,5 kw 24.000 rpm ISO 30 high-speed spindle has an automatic tool changer magazine with 7 positions placed linear at the end of the machine.
