Product Properties

CNC profile machining center with economical design cabin moving on X-Y-Z axes.
It can work on aluminum and PVC profiles.
Specially designed for door and window profiles.
It works on profiles with a high-speed spindle moving on a steel body equipped with a CNC controller unit and servo motors.
The reference point at the beginning and end of the machine is lifted manually and determines the zero point of the profiles.
Profile clamping pneumatic vices are placed on linear guides in 4 units as standard equipment.
It works with Uni_Link, customized software for door&window manufacturing, and the clamp positions are displayed on Uni_Link’s own interface.
Thanks to the Uni_Link program, Dxf drawings of door and window profiles are exported to the machine HMI. The size of the door profile to be processed is entered, hinge type, lock type is selected, and the machine performs parametric calculations on the profile perfectly.
The machine cover is closed manually by the operator while the profiles are processed and opened manually when the operation is finished.
There is a safety switch on the cover, so the machine is not working if the cover is not closed.

Profile Machining Software

It works with customized software for Door & Window manufacturing, and all information about clamp positions, profile orientation, and profile data are displayed to the operator on its own interface.
Thanks to Profile Processing Software, Dxf drawings of door and window profiles are imported by the software, the size of the door profile to be processed is entered, then hinge type and lock type is selected as macros. The processing program is output and listed in the program interface.
As the profile lengths change, the profile processing software places the same operations parametrically on different lengths and prepares the processing program file by making all calculations independently.

Machining Dimensions

Net profile processing length is 3.000 mm. It can work on profiles up to 6.0 meters with the help of the second reference point. Profile processing size from the top and the behind the profile: 200 X 175 mm; processing size from the top, back, and front of the profile is 200X175 mm. Within these processing dimensions, Aluminum&PVC door-window and facade profiles, including all types of door system profiles, bi-foldings, sliding systems, and Aluminium Veranda system profiles, can be processed.

Main Body

Electro welded steel structure normalized with thermal treatment.
The main body of the machine is processed in the 5 Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
All the body is painted with powder coating.
Mostly all the mechanical pieces are die-casted and machined in our own CNC machining centers.
During the design period, our design team prioritizes the operators’ ease of use and ergonomy of the machines in the first place.
We use steel and aluminium in the mechanical structure, but we also use fiberglass cast pieces to decrease the weight of the machining bridge and give the machine a more esthetic look.

Spindles

It is equipped with a bi-directional double-sided spindle that can position in 3 different directions via a pneumatic piston. The electrospindle works at 3.0 kW 12,000 rpm with the ER 20 Type tool holder and is designed to work horizontally and vertically and at a predetermined fixed angle. The machine processes the profile from the top while the Spindle head is in a vertical position; it processes the profiles from the front and the back by tilting to the horizontal position with the help of a pneumatic piston and with the help of a special switch, it performs the operations in a pre-determined intermediate degree. Thanks to the Uni_Link program, it performs operations on all kinds of profiles, especially door and window profiles, within the processing measures.

Tool Changer Magazine

The tool changer is manual.

Electrical Box and Controller Terminal

The electrical box is mounted on the back of the machine, and an electrical fan cools it.
Optionally it is possible to connect A/C on the electrics box.
The control terminal is connected to the machine body on the right-hand side for the operator’s ease of use.

Axis features

X-Axis – servo motor + planetary gearbox – moving on the helical rack and pinion supported by linear guides.

Y-Axis – servo motor + planetary gearbox – moving on the helical rack and pinion supported by linear guides.

Z-Axis – servo motor – moving on screw mill with a diameter of 20 mm and 20 pitch geared by coupling 1/1 ratio.
