INO Boxter (XC 1000) 3+1 Axis CNC Profile Machining Center
It is an economical design cabinet CNC profile machining center that moves on X-Y-Z axes.
It can process aluminum and PVC profiles.
It is especially designed for Door and Window profiles.
It works freely on the profiles with the fast milling head moving on the steel body equipped with CNC control unit and servo motor. The reference point at the beginning and end of the machine is manually removed and determines the zero point of the profiles.
Profile clamping pneumatic clamps are offered as standard in the machine in 4 pieces. The locations of the vices are determined by the profile processing software and presented to the operator on the display.
The guard cover in front of the cab is closed manually by the operator while machining the profiles, and is opened manually when the process is finished
Profile Machining Software
It works with a customized software for Door & Window manufacturing and all information about clamp positions, profile orientation and profile is shown to the operator through its own interface.
Thanks to the Profile Processing Software, dxf drawings of door and window profiles are imported by the software, the size of the door profile to be processed is entered, then the hinge type, lock type is selected in macros and the processing program is printed out and listed in the program interface. As the profile lengths change, the profile processing software parametrically places the same operations on different lengths, prepares the processing program file by performing all the calculations itself.
The profile processing length is 3,000 mm, with the help of the second bollard can process profiles up to 6.0 meters. Profile processing dimensions are 200 mm. X 175 mm above and after the profile; When it is desired to process the profile from the top, back and front, it is 200 mm.X175 mm. Within these dimensions, industrial profiles that appeal to all kinds of profiles or furniture sectors can be processed in aluminum door-window and façade productions, from folding, sliding to pergola profiles.

The main body of the machine is machined in the 5-Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
The entire body is painted with electrostatic powder paint.
Mostly all mechanical parts are machined in our own cnc machining centers or machined on cast material.
During the design process, our design team prioritizes the ease of use and ergonomics of the operators’ machines. In the mechanical structure, not only steel and aluminum are used; at the same time, fiberglass casting parts are also used to reduce the weight of the processing bridge and give the machine a more aesthetic appearance.
It is equipped with the Ino’s unique bidirectional spindle working device. The fast milling head operates at 3.0 kW 12,000 rpm with tool holder type ER 20 and is designed to operate both horizontally, vertically and at a predetermined fixed angle. The spindle works the profile from the top when the head is upright, tilts to the side with the help of a pneumatic piston and handles the profiles, and with the help of a special switch, it is activated at a predetermined intermediate level and performs the operations at that intermediate degree. Thanks to the Uni_Link program, it performs operations on all kinds of profiles within the processing dimensions, especially door and window profiles, in a very simple way.
Electrical Box and Controller Terminal
The electrical panel is integrated on the machine.
It is forced fan cooled as standard, and can optionally be cooled by rug assembly for hot climates.
The control terminal is connected to the side of the machine. On the control terminal, there is an Industrial PC display, machine on/off button, buttons that move axes +/- , potentiometer buttons that manage machine progress rate, as well as keyboard and mouse.
