Servo Controlled Automatic Cutting Machine 450 mm.Auto-feed and cut your heavy aluminum profiles into small brackets. The profile is fed through a servo motor and screw mill with 0.1 mm tolerance. The machine has a belt-driven 4 kW 2.800 rpm motor to cut any kind of thick profile. The cutting capacity is 147 mm diameter or in the rectangular form: 280×50 mm or 230×100 or 125×175 mm. Thanks to the touch panel of 7.0” + PLC, it is possible to make free programming of cutting sizes from 1 profile bar or program profiles with names. The maximum feeding distance is 300 mm plus the multi-feeding mechanism; it is possible to feed up to 900 mm of size in 3 strokes.
Product Properties
It is a compact wedge slicing machine specially designed for slicing door window profiles and industrial profiles with a 450 mm saw coming out of the bottom.It is programmed in the dimensions between 0-300 mm and performs the cutting process by automatically feeding the profiles loaded into 6 meters in length with the help of servo motor.
Thanks to its 4 kW belt transfer motor, it provides a very clean cutting surface.Thanks to the PLC control and 7″ touch system, information such as the profile length, the length of the part to be cut, the saw share are entered on the screen and the machine automatically feeds and cuts the profiles.With the ability to make a cutting list, different sizes of cutting dimensions can be entered on the same 6 meter length profile.
With the articulated profile clamping mechanism covering the top of the cutting saw, both the cut profile and the part are held at the same time, so parts up to 3 mm short can be cut.Again, thanks to this articulated compression system, all sawdust is thrown out of the machine very simply and without error.On the side of the profile there is a 1.5-meter infeed conveyor.ing out from the cut profile.

Main Body
Welded steel frame normalized by heat treatment.
The main body of the machine is machined in the 5-Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
The entire body is painted with electrostatic powder paint.Mostly all mechanical parts are machined in our own cnc machining centers or machined on cast material.
During the design process, our design team prioritizes the ease of use and ergonomics of the operators’ machines.In the mechanical structure, not only steel and aluminum are used; at the same time, fiberglass casting parts are also used to reduce the weight of the processing bridge and give the machine a more aesthetic appearance.
