INO Single Mitre Saw | Aluminium cutting saw machine

Our single mitre saw for cutting aluminium profiles between 0 to 135 degrees with 450 mm sawblade. The sawfeed is supported by hydro-pneumatic cylinder and 3 kW motor with 3.000 rpm. The machine has 3 meter manual measurement system as standard; in this video optional 6 meter measurement system is connected. The spray pulse mist coolant, automatic opening and closing safety cover with pneumatic piston, movanle back fence and in-feed roller conveyor are the standard equipment included.

Product Properties

It is a single-head cutting machine with a 450 mm saw coming out of the bottom.
The table from which the saw comes out moves manually between 0-135 degrees to the right and left.0 degrees has a pinned angulation mechanism that snaps into place at 15 and 45 degrees on both sides.
With the rear underhoe moving up to 100 mm, profiles of different widths can be cut or mowing at zero degrees.
The 1.5 kW saw motor spins at 2,800 rpm.
Saw double-button systems go upwards with the operator holding both hands on the machine.The guard cover is opened and closed manually, and thanks to the protection switch, the engine is prevented from starting when the cover is open.

Main Body

Welded steel frame normalized by heat treatment.
The main body of the machine is machined in the 5-Axis CNC Steel Machining Center.
The entire body is painted with electrostatic powder paint.
Mostly all mechanical parts are machined in our own cnc machining centers or machined on cast material.
During the design process, our design team prioritizes the ease of use and ergonomics of the operators’ machines.In the mechanical structure, not only steel and aluminum are used; at the same time, fiberglass casting parts are also used to reduce the weight of the processing bridge and give the machine a more aesthetic appearance.

The electrics box is welded at the back of the machine body.
The controller terminal is also connected on the machine.

The electrical panel is mounted on the side of the machine.The start buttons are also placed in front of the machine in a way that the operator can use most easily.Machine operation without both hands of the operator being on the buttons.

Axis features

There is a 3-meter manual measuring system next to the machine.The operator adjusts the length from there, then adjusts the angle of the table, checks whether the pistons are in the correct position relative to the angle, and then cuts the profile with the help of both hands.
