Common Mistakes in CNC Machining Center Selection

Common Mistakes in CNC Machining Center Selection

First of all, companies need to analyze their needs correctly.
By allocating a serious budget to machines with options that will not be used in the short or long term, they increase the investment cost and put unnecessary financial burden on operating budgets. Therefore, the process of amortizing the machine itself is prolonged.
On the contrary, there may be processes that work.In order to reduce the investment cost of machinery, the choices of the CNC Machining Center that do not comply with the purpose and need of use are among the most obvious mistakes.

    CNC Machining Center Axis Features

What is the difference between 3, 4 or 5 axis CNC machines?

3 axis; is the ability of the machine to move with the profile length, width and height.
4 axis; is the ability to open the machining head of the machine 0° – 180° on the horizontal axis of the profile. As an example, drilling can be performed at various angles between 0° and 180° around a pipe profile.
5 axis; in addition, the machining head of the machine can be opened 0° – 360° on the vertical axis of the profile.
As an example, when a sphere is connected to the machine, the machine can process from all sides of the sphere.

The number of axes in CNC machines also refers to the number of servo motors.
